Tiivistelmä
The main purpose and emphasis of this thesis was to bring some new authentic and rich nutrient mushroom products from Vietnam which has necessary conditions, technology, and labor forces that could cultivate a sufficient amount of special mushrooms. The goal is to enter the Finnish market to serve Finnish communities. All findings derived from this thesis will serve as a foundation for the author’s business plan on the next level in the future. The author is aware of her weaknesses and challenges and will continue to work out ways to improve the products, systems, strategy, and customer experiences in my business plan.
