The aim of this thesis was to provide a marketing plan of Woodsy company. The company operates in the field of furniture and wooden products. To strengthen its position on competitive markets and for effective marketing, the company required a structural marketing plan. The main goal of this thesis was to draw a clear picture of the current market situation and the factors affecting in decision making of the company.
The study investigates the company’s possible opportunities and drawbacks and how company can grow its business and be stable in competitive market. The study suggests the suitable group of customers according to their demand.
The marketing tools (Swot analysis, PESTEL analysis, marketing mix, competitive factors) used in this thesis are suitable for the company's growth, satisfying costumer and achieve more sales. The marketing plan was drawn according to the current situation of the company, competitive market analysis and customers demand and location of the company. The theoretical framework focuses on market segments, PESTEL analysis and marketing mix.
