Kulttuurituottaja hankkeen kehittäjänä : Pata, Sandaali ja Virkattu teltta- hankeorganisaation kehittäminen

Abstract

Tämä opinnäytetyö käsittelee Pata, Sandaali ja Virkattu teltta -hankkeen hankeorganisaation kehittämistä. Työ on tehty vastauksena hankevuoden aikana synty-neisiin ongelmiin ja haasteisiin ja se vastaa kysymykseen, miten hankeorganisaatiota voi kehittää.

Työssä on ensin selvitetty organisaation ja organisaatiorakenteen tavallisimmat määritelmät sekä kehittämistoiminnan ja siihen liittyvän tarveanalyysin periaatteet. Tämän jälkeen on selvitetty Pata, Sandaali ja Virkattu teltta -hankkeen ja hankeorganisaation tausta, ongelmat, mahdollisuudet, visiot sekä vahvuudet ja verrattu niitä edellä mainittuihin teorioihin.

Näiden tietojen pohjalta on tehty hankeorganisaatiolle tarveanalyysi, jota vastaamaan on laadittu ehdotuksia hankeorganisaation kehittämiseen.

Tässä työssä tehty tarveanalyysi ja laaditut ehdotukset tukevat hankeorganisaation seuraavan hankevuoden toimintaa ja erityisesti se auttaa hankeorganisaatiota järjestäytymään tehokkaammaksi ryhmäksi.

This thesis is about developing the organization behind the Pots, Sandals and a Tent project. It is an answer to the problems and issues that came up during the first year of the project. It answers to the question how can the organization be developed.

The thesis first explains what is an organization, what are the most common organization structures, what is development in action and what is a needs analysis. Then the Pots, Sandals and a Tent project and the organization behind the project are introduced and so are the projects problems, possibilities, visions and strengths and this data is then compared with the questions mentioned before.

After the comparison a needs analysis was done and based on the analysis I have made suggestions on how to develop the organization. The needs analysis and the suggestions will support the organizations future actions and it will especially help the organization to be more efficient.
