Pikaohje hemoglobiinimittaamiseen HemoCue Hb 201+ -laitteella

Abstract

Tämän opinnäytetyön aiheena on pikaohjeen tekeminen HemoCue Hb 201+ -laitteelle. Tarkoituksena on laatia selkeä, lyhyt ja helposti luettava pikaohje HemoCue Hb 201+ -laitteelle, jolla mitataan hemoglobiinia vieritestinä. Tavoitteena on selkeyttää vieritestejä työssään tekevien terveydenhuollon ammattilaisten työskentelyä HemoCue Hb 201+ -laitteen kanssa. Tässä opinnäytetyössä on perehdytty pikaohjeen tekoon, vieritesteihin, hemoglobiiniin, ihopistonäytteenottoon ja HemoCue Hb 201+ -laitteeseen. Tämä opinnäytetyö on toiminnallinen opinnäytetyö ja sen tuotoksena syntyi pikaohje hemoglobiinimittaukseen. Pikaohje laadittiin Turun ammattikorkeakoulun ja Turun sosiaali- ja terveystoimen toteuttamaan Vieritestauksen hyvät käytänteet eli VIENO-projektiin. VIENO-projektin tavoitteena on lisätä sosiaali- ja terveystoimen toimipisteissä suoritettavien vieritestien luotettavuutta. Opinnäytetyön tuotoksena tehty pikaohje koostuu A6-kokoisesta värikuvallisesta ohjekirjasta. Ohjekirjassa käydään läpi oikeaoppinen kontrollinäytteen teko, ihopistonäytteenotto sekä näytteen analysointi mitattaessa hemoglobiinia HemoCue Hb 201+ -laitteella. Pikaohjeesta tuli monipuolinen, selkeä ja havainnollinen kokonaisuus. Toivomme pikaohjeen selkeyttävän Turun terveydenhuollon ammattilaisten työskentelyä HemoCue Hb 201+ -laitteen kanssa.

The subject of this thesis is a quick guide for HemoCue 201+ -analyzer. The purpose of this thesis was to produce a easily understandable, short and easily readable quick guide for HemoCue Hb 201+ -analyzer which is used for measuring hemoglobin as a Point-of-Care test. The main objective is to clarify health care professionals Point-of-Care testing work when they are using HemoCue Hb 201+ -analyzer. The theoretical background of making a quick guide, Point-of-Care Systems, hemoglobin, blood sample collection using finger or heel dermal puncture and HemoCue 201+ -analyzer are covered. This is a practice-based thesis and it resulted in the creation of a quick guide for hemoglobin measurement. Thesis work was done in the Turku University of Applied Sciences and Turku Social- and Health Care Services VIENO project. VIENO is a project of good practices of Point-of-Care. The goal of VIENO is to add reliability of Point-of-Care in Social- and Health Care work. The output of this thesis is composed of an A6-sized a colored quick guide. A quick guide includes right ways to do a control sample, skin puncture blood specimen collection and how to analyze hemoglobin from the sample with HemoCue Hb 201+ -analyzer. A quick guide came out to be diverse, easy to understand and illustrative wholeness. We hope that the quick guide will help to clarify Turku health care professionals work whit HemoCue Hb 201+ -analyzer.
