KONEPAJA EURAKON OY:N LÄMMITYSKUSTANNUSTEN VÄHENTÄMINEN

Abstract

Opinnäytetyön aiheena oli selvittää Eurakon Oy:n Eurajoella sijaitsevan konepajarakennuksen lämmitysenergiakustannusten pienentämistä. Koska omistaja oli kiinnostunut siirtymisestä maalämpöön, selvitettiin myös nykyisen lämmönlähteen korvaamista maalämmöllä.

Rakennuksen lämmitys hoidetaan nykyisin öljyllä. Öljyn korkean hinnan ja tulevaisuuden ennusteiden vuoksi oli tarkoituksenmukaista selvittää lämmitysmuodon vaihtamisen kannattavuutta.

Katselmoinnin perusteella löydettiin myös muutamia epäkohtia, jotka korjaamalla saataisiin lämmitysenergiakustannuksia pienennettyä.

Reducing heating energy costs of Eurakon Ltd The purpose of this thesis was to find out how to reduce heating energy costs of a machine shop owned by Eurakon Ltd which is located in Eurajoki. Owner of the company was interested in changing to a heat pump that uses the ground as the heat source. Changing the existing heat source to a heat pump was studied. The building is heated with the heating oil nowadays. Considering the high costs of the heating oil and the prospects of the costs it was necessary to find out how economic is to change the current heating. Some disadvantages were found during inspection and by fixing those it is possible to reduce the heating energy costs.
