Työturvallisuusjohtaminen keskisuuressa rakennusliikkeessä

Abstract

Opinnäytetyön tilaajaorganisaatiossa Astora Rakennus Oy:ssä käynnistettiin 2020 syksyllä turvallisuusmateriaalien ja työturvallisuusjohtamisen toimintatapojen päivittäminen nykyiselle tasolle. Tämän opinnäytetyön tavoitteena on tarkastaa uudistuksessa valmistuneet asiakirjat sekä verrata niiden sisältöä työturvallisuuslakiin ja asetuksiin yksityiskohtaisesti. Tavoitteena on todeta asiakirjojen vaatimuksenmukaisuus ja tehdä mahdollisesti kehitysehdotuksia niiden sisällön lopulliseen muotoon saattamiseksi. Materiaalin tarkastus suoritettiin Excel taulukkona, johon kirjattiin huomioita materiaalien sisällöstä. Lisäksi opinnäytetyössä laadittiin turvallisuusjohtamisen perehdytysmateriaali yrityksen uudistetun materiaalin pohjalta.

The client organization of this thesis, Astora Rakennus Oy, started to update their safety materials and occupational safety management procedures to the current level in the autumn of 2020. The goal of this thesis is to check and compare the renewed documents with the Act on Labour Protection and regulations in detail. The aim is to establish the legality of the content of the documents and, if necessary, to make suggestions for improvement to finalize their content. The material inspection was performed as an Excel spreadsheet in which comments on the content of the materials were recorded. In addition to the thesis, a new safety management orientation material was prepared for the company on the basis of their renewed material.
