Designing a Returns Logistics Process for an E-commerce Business Model

Abstract

The Returns process is designed or a sustainable Finnish fashion brand named CUITU to improve their competitive advantages in their e-Commerce business model. To execute this task a grounded theory approach is utilized to construct a conceptual strategic model for developing value creating processes through quality management. Through this model, the flow of materials and information are identified, as well as tools for continuous development.
