The objective and outcome of this thesis project were to give recommendations for Beautyko Import Oy on gaining brand awareness, online presence, and customers in Sweden. Beautyko Import is a Finnish e-commerce company planning to expand its B2C business by opening an online store to Sweden.
The theory section introduces concepts related to digital marketing (Search Engine Marketing, inbound marketing and social media marketing) and the SOSTAC® planning model which was used to build the digital marketing plan.
