Tuotantotyökalujen kehitys- ja valmistusprosessin ohjeistus : MSK Cabins Oy

Abstract

Tässä opinnäytetyössä laadittiin MSK konsernille tuotantotyövälineiden kehitys- ja valmistusprosessin ohje. Prosessiohje toimii tulevaisuudessa konsernin sisäisenä tavoitteena tuotantotyövälineiden suunnittelussa ja kehittämisessä. Yrityksen tavoitteena on jatkuva kehittyminen ja kasvaminen, mutta nämä tavoitteet saavuttaakseen on yrityksen ensin tunnistettava ja sisäistettävä prosessinsa. Vasta omien prosessien ymmärtäminen mahdollistaa niiden muuttamisen ja haluttu kehitys voidaan saavuttaa tehokkaasti.

Tuotantotyövälineiden kehitys- ja valmistusprosessi on olemassa ja tiedostetaan, mutta erillinen kirjallinen ohjeistus puuttuu, jolloin tämä prosessi toimii henkilöistä riippuvaisena. Opinnäytteen teoriaosuudessa paneudutaan käyttöohjeen standardiin SFS-EN IEC/IEEE 82079-1, 2020. Standardi soveltuu myös prosessi- sekä ohjelmisto-ohjeeksi. Lisäksi teoriassa käsiteltiin hieman koneturvallisuuden ja CE-merkinnän vaatimuksia työvälineiden näkökulmasta. Koneturvallisuusjärjestelmän perustana on EU:n konedirektiivi 2006/42/EY.

Prosessiohjeessa hyödynnetään teoriasta ja standardeista saatuja käytäntöjä, sekä tuotetaan nykyinen prosessin omainen tuomintamalli kirjalliseen muotoon osana ohjetta. Ohjeeseen liittyy vankasti nykyisen prosessin kuvaaminen ja päivittäminen, joten myös uusi prosessikaavio tehdään tuotantotyövälineiden osalta.

In this thesis, guidelines for the development and manufacturing process of production tools are prepared for the MSK Group. In the future the process guide will serve as an internal goal of the group in the design and development of production tools. The company's goal is continuous development and growth but in order to achieve these goals the company must first identify and internalize its processes. Only by understanding own processes it will be possible to change those and the desired development can be achieved effectively.

The process of developing and manufacturing production tools exists and is recognized but there is no separate written guidance for making this process dependent on individuals. The theory section of the thesis focuses on the standard SFS-EN IEC / IEEE 82079-1, 2020 in the user guide. The standard is also suitable as a process and software guide. In addition, the requirements of machine safety and CE marking from the point of view of tools were discussed in theory. The machinery safety system is based on the EU Machinery Directive 2006/42 / EC.

The process guide utilizes practices derived from theory and standards and produces the current process-specific action model in written form as part of the guide. The guide is firmly related to describing and updating the current process so that a new process diagram is also made for the production tools.
