Tiivistelmä
Opinnäytetyön aiheena oli puuelementtien vaatimuksenmukaisuuden osoittaminen varmennustodistuksella. Työn toimeksiantajana toimi Finnmodul Oy, joka oli hakemassa tuotteilleen varmennustodistusta. Työn päätavoite oli laatia yritykselle varmennustodistuksen myöntämiseen vaadittava FPC-manuaali ja selvittää muut varmennustodistukseen liittyvät edellytykset.
Työ toteutettiin perehtymällä varmennustodistukseen liittyvään lähdeaineistoon kuten lakeihin, määräyksiin ja ohjeisiin, sekä yritykseen ja sen toimintaperiaatteisiin. Näiden pohjalta laadittiin yritykselle laadunhallintasuunnitelma. The subject of the thesis was to demonstrate the conformity of wood elements with a certificate of verification. The contractor for the work was Finnmodul Oy. which was applying for a certificate of verification for its products. The main objective of the work was to establish the FPC-manual required for the company to issue the certificate and to determine the other requirements related to the certificate.
The work was carried out by studying the source material related to the certificate, such as laws, rules and guidelines, as well as the company and its operating principles. On the basis of these, a quality management plan was established for the company.
