This thesis pertains examining the utilization in the workplace of AI, robot alongside manpower from the HRM standpoint. In the first section, there is a discussion on the introduction, objectives, the set-up of the problem, the delimitations and lastly, the concept of using manpower, AI, and robot at the workplace. In the second section, there is the demonstrations of theoretical and the empirical parts of the thesis. Theoretical context presents the research that have been previously conducted pertaining the thesis, and they are acquired from professional sources. Whatsoever, the empirical context displays the research on the thesis, the research questions derived from the objectives and problems surrounding the thesis, the research methods utilized, the plan that is being used for implementation, the analyses and data that has been conducted and the results acquired from the research work. The third section pertains the discussion on the thesis, which ensures that, it follows the results acquired from the thesis, it displays that the research is legit, concluding and providing recommendation for the thesis. Moreover, it shows what one has learnt from the research of the thesis. There are appendices, which indicate the cover letter and the questionnaire that is used for the research.
