Selvitystyö kiinteistöautomaation väyläkaapeloinnista Seinäjoen keskussairaalassa

Abstract

Tämän opinnäytetyön tarkoituksena oli tehdä selvitys Etelä-Pohjanmaan sairaanhoitopiirille Seinäjoen keskussairaalan alueen kiinteistöautomaation väyläkaapeloinnista, joka perustuu LonWorks-tekniikkaan.

Keskussairaalan alueen väyläkaapelointiin on tehty vuosien aikana paljon muutostöitä, asennuksia ja kytkentöjä, eikä nykyhetken väyläkaapeloinnista ollut olemassa juurikaan dokumentteja tai piirustuksia, mistä kokonaisuus tulisi ilmi.

Tällä selvityksellä haluttiin saada helpotusta esimerkiksi tarjouslaskentaa, huoltotoimenpiteitä, vianetsintää sekä kokonaisuuden hallintaa varten.

Käytännön osuudessa selvitettiin kiinteistöautomaation väyläkaapelointi keskussairaalan eri rakennusosissa, alakeskuskaappien sijainnit, komponentit alakeskuksien sisällä, taajuusmuuttajien ja energiamittareiden kytkennät, reitittimien ja päätevastusten sijainnit, mahdolliset kaapeloinnin häiriötekijät sekä oliko kaapeloinnissa mahdollisia tähtikytkentöjä. Kerätyn tiedon pohjalta tehtiin piirustukset väyläkaapeloinnista.

Opinnäytetyön kirjallisessa osuudessa käydään kiinteistöautomaatioon ja väyläkaapelointiin liittyvää teoriaa tarkemmin läpi.

The purpose of this Bachelor’s thesis was to examine the bus cabling of the building automation system in the Southern Ostrobothnia Hospital District, Seinäjoki Central Hospital, which is based on the LonWorks technology, and has gone through a lot of modifications, installations and couplings over the years. Since documentation of the old bus cabling is scarce, new updated documents and drawings were in high demand, for example, to ease the tender calculation, service operations, troubleshooting, and overall management.

First, the practical part of the thesis included unraveling the bus cabling of the building automation system in the different building parts of the Seinäjoki Central Hospital, sorting out the locations of the substations, and what the components inside of them were. Also, the couplings of the frequency converters and energy meters, and locations of the routers and terminators needed to be found out. Any possible distractions in the cabling or the star connections were also among the matters to be resolved. Based on this gathered information the new drawings of the bus cabling were made. Building automation and bus cabling is studied on a general level, as well as from the Seinäjoki Central Hospital point of view, in the theoretical part of the thesis.

As a result of this thesis new drawings of the bus cabling for the building automation system in the Seinäjoki Central Hospital were made. This is useful to the personnel of the Seinäjoki Central Hospital as it probably saves many working hours and makes the overall management of the building automation system easier.
