Tiivistelmä
The objective of this thesis was to create development proposals for the commissioning company regarding their current content on social media platforms by defining three main factors: the target audience, the suitable types of content and what they should do to improve their performance. The main social media platforms used in this research will mainly be Twitter, Youtube and Tiktok, with the support of Facebook and Telegram for data collection.

The research focused on the cryptocurrency community in Vietnam. To reach the most insightful results, observation, a qualitative method, was used for research and data collection in this thesis. The observation was conducted for one month, from October 6th, 2021, to November 6th, 2021, in which certain users were selected from the community and their demographics were collected. However, in reality, the general observation, from the content to the reaction of the community and the competitors, was conducted for a total of 7 months, starting from May 2021. Close interaction with the community members, as well as the marketing department also played a crucial role during the observation process.

The study showed that the commissioning company has great and insightful content, yet the methods of distribution was not effective. They have not been executing the right strategy and method for each certain platform, therefore, the performance of their contents on these platforms were insignificant. The thesis has successfully collected useful data and pointed out where the commissioning party needs improvement in comparison with 3 selected competitors in the market, and proposals have been made accordingly.
