With the increasing importance of sports in the country, the ratio of sports industry economy to GDP is getting higher and higher. Sports tourism, as a branch of sports and tourism industry, its resources, products and markets are the thesis of my research. At the same time, the construction of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area is the hottest hot spot in China. In my thesis, I combined various advantages and current events of the Greater Bay Area to study the development of sports tourism in the Greater Bay Area.
Literature method, The Chart method, Mathematical Statistics and Interview research method are used in this paper. This paper analyzes the status quo, development trend and some prospects of sports tourism in Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area. There are also some comparisons between the three international Bay Areas and the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.
In the new era, there are many sports tourism opportunities and challenges in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.
