Tiivistelmä
The thesis aims to find out the best practices of post sale surveys in direct-to-consumer companies. The theoretical part concentrates on the direct-to-consumer marketing method, the customer cycle, customer satisfaction and the different methods of post-sale surveys. The empirical part analyses the surveys used at the present time and provides an improvement suggestion for company X.
