Tiivistelmä
Main purpose of this thesis is to study the formation of corporate culture and the non-financial motivation of employees on the example of the organization "Teaspoon" in St. Petersburg. Corporate culture of this company requires essential improvement. To achieve this goal, I performed the following tasks: revealed the features of the formation of corpo-rate culture in Russia and abroad, also I revealed advantages and disadvantages of organi-zation culture in "Teaspoon" company, and made a plan of leisure activities for staff of company.
In theoretical part, I analyzed up-to-date global trends of corporate culture and the non-financial motivation, considered problem points in corporate events in company. I recog-nized the desire and dissatisfaction the staff about the leisure activities using research methods such as personal interviews and survey.
In my thesis I pointed out the effective ways of forming corporate culture in the organiza-tion "Teaspoon" and I made a plan of leisure activities for personnel of the company.
