Korjaamotoimintojej uudelleenjärjestely

Abstract

Tämä opinnäytetyö käsittelee sisäisten korjaamopalvelujen uudelleenjärjestelyä. Uudelleen-järjestelyssä huomioidaan tutkittavien korjaamoiden tuleva työkanta. Tuleviin korjaamoiden uudel-leenjärjestelyihin vaikuttavat myös korjaamon kyky toimia ja se, miten asiakkaat kokevat korjaamon toiminnan. Työn tavoitteena on parantaa korjaamoiden asiakaspinnan toimintaa, arvioida tulevaa työkantaa oma konekanta mitoittavana tekijänä, arvioida korjaamotilakustannuksille jäävä maksukyky tuleva työkanta ja markkinahinta huomioon ottaen sekä luoda korjaamoiden tehokkuuden mittarit.

Työ toteutettiin selvittämällä korjaamoiden nyky- ja tavoitetila haastattelututkimuksella. Tutkimuksen pohjalta on tehty korjaamotoimintaan parannusehdotukset. Johtopäätöksissä kuvataan korjaa-motoiminnan uudet prosessit. Korjaamoiden tilamitoitus kuvataan tulevan arvioidun työkannan mitoituksen mukaisella tilamaksukyvyllä. Lisäksi esitetään korjaamoiden tehokkuuden mittarit.

Tutkimuksen pohjalta on tehty korjaamotoimintaan parannusehdotukset. Tutkimuksen mukaan korjaamoiden asiakaspinta ei toimi halutulla tasolla. Korjaamoiden työtunnin hintaa on saatava alemmaksi. Lisäksi korjaamoprosessit eivät toimi optimaalisella tavalla ja tehokkuuden seurannan mittarit puuttuvat. Työn pohjalta korjaamotoiminnan ohjausmallit ja tehokkuuden seurannan mittarit otetaan käyttöön. Kustannustehokkaiden korjaamotilojen hankkiminen on käynnistettävä.

This thesis deals with the rearrangement of the internal repair workshop services. In the rear-rangement attention is paid to the future work stock of the repair workshops to be examined. The capacity of the repair workshop to operate also affects the future rearrangements of the repair workshops and how the customers experience the operations of the repair workshop. The objective of the work is the improvement of the operation within the customer range. The evaluation of the future work stock includes the company’s own opinions of their equipment and machines as a di-mensioning factor. The objective was to consider the future work stock, market price and the sol-vency, which stays in the repair shop, and also to create the indicators of the effectiveness of the repair workshop.

The work was carried out by finding out the present state of the repair workshops with an interview study. Based on the study the improvement proposals for the repair workshop activities have been made. The conclusions show the new processes of the repair workshop activities. The state dimen-sioning of the repair workshops is described with a solvency which is in accordance with the dimen-sioning of the future estimated work stock. Furthermore, the indicators of the effectiveness of the repair workshops are presented

Based on the study the improvement proposals for the repair workshop activities have been made. According to the study, the customers of the repair workshops do not operate at the desired level. The price of the hour of the repair workshops must be reduced. Furthermore, the repair workshop processes do not function in an optimal way and the indicators of the follow-up of the effectiveness are missing. Based on the work the control models of the repair workshop activities and the indica-tors of the follow-up of the effectiveness are brought into use. Getting cost-efficient repair work-shop premises must be started.
