Tiivistelmä
Opinnäytetyössä selvitetään rakennushankkeen toteutussuunnitteluvaiheen suunnitteluaikataulujen luomiseen liittyvää suunnittelunohjausprosessia KVR- ja perustajaurakointihankkeissa. Huomiota kiinnitetään erityisesti kommunikaatioon suunnitteluprosessissa sekä haetaan toimivaa aikataulutyökalua yrityksen käyttöön. Työn tilaajana toimi Aura Rakennus Oy.
Työtä varten toteutettiin rakennushankkeen suunnittelijoille suunnattu kysely, jonka avulla kartoitettiin suunnittelijoiden kokemuksia liittyen suunnitteluaikatauluihin sekä kommunikaatioon rakennushankkeen eri osapuolten välillä.
Kommunikoinnin haasteet ja suunnitteluaikataulujen kireys koettiin yleisesti ongelmalliseksi laadukkaan lopputuloksen saavuttamiseksi.
Uudeksi aikataulutyökaluksi valittiin selainperäinen TeamGantt-sovellus, joka vastaa yrityksen tarpeisiin tarjoamalla kommunikointimahdollisuuden lisäksi helppokäyttöisyyttä ja saavutettavuutta. Kommunikoinnin osalta päädyttiin tukemaan entistä avoimemman keskusteluilmapiirin rakentamista. This thesis covers the process of creating designing schedules at the implementation design phase of a building project. Attention is paid to communication at the designing process. In addition, a functional scheduling tool is sought for the needs of the company. The subscriber was Aura Rakennus Oy.
An inquiry for the designers of the building projects was composed to survey the experiments of designers concerning the design schedules and communication between the parties of the building project.
Based on the answers of the inquiry, the challenges of communication and tight schedules were the most significant issues for the result with high quality.
TeamGantt was selected as the company’s new scheduling tool. TeamGantt is achievable, user friendly and it supports the communication. This thesis concluded that the transparency of dialogue among the participants of the project should be developed.
