E-Commerce, today’s fastest growing business: the main impulses and how to stabilize them.

Abstract

This thesis was written on basis of commissioning company which is working only in e-commerce, over the Internet. In this work, e-commerce is explained in its essence and the most important things are revealed, i.e. how to build a successful virtual business store. Development is necessary at this company in order to gain more revenues while spending less, to be more efficient. The key is to have continuous development, without it, an Internet business quickly loses all the success gained. Information changes every day, and there is no time to be lazy. The main objective of this thesis was to get to know what information is the most crucial for the customer, where regular updates are needed, and what is not that important. It necessary to always keep updated information, and this will help increase clients’ visiting rates and satisfaction.
