Tiivistelmä
Opinnäytetyön aiheeksi valittiin digitaalinen oirekartoitus virtsatieinfektiosta Etäterveysasema Kätevän käyttöön. Tämän opinnäytetyön tarkoituksena oli tuottaa Etäterveysasema Kätevälle oirekartoitus virtsatieinfektiosta. Tämän oirekartoituksen tilaaja muuttaa digitaaliseksi työkaluksi myöhemmin.
Opinnäytetyön tavoitteena oli, että asiakas täyttää internetissä digitaalisen oirekartoituksen, joka vastausten perusteella kertoo, tarvitseeko asiakas lääkäri- tai sairaanhoitajapalveluita vai riittääkö vain ohjattu omahoito. Lisäksi tavoitteena oli saada asiakkaalle sopiva hoito oikeaan aikaan. Tällainen etävastaanotto saattaa myös madaltaa kynnystä hakeutua terveyspalvelujen piiriin.
Opinnäytetyö oli projekti, johon sisältyi tuotos ja raportti. Projektin keskeiset sisällöt olivat oirekartoitus, digitaaliset etäterveyspalvelut sekä tuotteistamisprosessi. Nämä tuotiin työssä teoriatiedon pohjalta esille. Tutkimusten ja teoriatietojen avulla laadittiin oirekartoitus virtsatieinfektiosta, joka kuvattiin uimaratamallina.
Valmis oirekartoitus annetaan Etäterveysasema Kätevän käyttöön ja he muuttavat sen digitaaliseen muotoon. The topic of this thesis was digital urinary tract infection´s symptom mapping to use for Etäterveysasema Kätevä. The purpose of this thesis was to produce for symptom mapping of urinary tract infection to Etäterveysasema Kätevä. The subscriber of this symptom mapping change into a digital tool later.
The aim of this thesis was that the customer fill out a digital symptom mapping on the Internet which based on the answers that whether the customer needs services of doctor or nurse or whether only supervised self-care. In addition the aim was to get proper care for the customer at the right time. Like this remote reception may also lower threshold to seek district of health services.
The thesis was a project that included output and a report. Essential contents of the project were symptom mapping, digitals remote health services and productisation process. These were bring forth in the work on basis of theoretical knowledge. With Researches and theoretical knowledge was to make symptom mapping of urinary tract infection which was described as a workflow model.
Completed symptom mapping is given to Etäterveysasema Kätevä and they change into a digital form.
