Hitsausrobottisolun suunnittelu

Abstract

Tämä työ tehtiin Kaskea Group Oy:lle. Yrityksellä on kolme eri liiketoiminta-aluetta: Kaskea Traffic, Kaskea Machinery ja Kaskea Parking. Tämä opinnäytetyö on tehty Kaskea Machinerylle, jonka toimialaa ovat koneistus- ja teräsosien sopimusvalmistus.

Työn tavoitteena oli suunnitella yritykselle hitsausrobottisolu ja tutkia, mitkä tuotteista soveltuvat hitsausrobotille ja millainen robotti soveltuisi yrityksen tarpeisiin. Lisäksi tarkasteltiin, miten jo olemassa olevia paikoituslaitteita voidaan hyödyntää solussa ja miten robotti ja paikoituslaitteet saadaan keskustelemaan keskenään.

Työn teoriaosassa käsiteltiin robotiikkaa, MIG/MAG-hitsausta sekä tuotantosoluja, tämän jälkeen kerrottiin hitsauksen nykytilasta yrityksessä. Työn etenemisessä kerrottiin työn vaiheista kuten hitsattavien tuotteiden, hitsausrobotin ja etäohjelmointiohjelmiston valinta. Työn lopussa on yhteenveto- ja pohdintaosio.

Työn tuloksena saatiin vastaukset alussa esitettyihin kysymyksiin ja suunnitelma siitä, millainen hitsausrobottisolun tulisi olla.

The thesis was done for Kaskea Group Oy. The company has three different business areas, which are Kaskea Traffic, Kaskea Machinery and Kaskea Parking. The thesis was done for Kaskea Machinery, which specializes in contract manufacturing of machining and steel parts.

The aim of the thesis was to design a welding robot cell for the company and research which products are suitable for a welding robot and what kind of a robot would suit the needs of the company. In addition, it was examined how the components already found could be utilized in the cell and how to make the robot and the components work together.

The theoretical part of the thesis dealt with robotics, MIG/MAG welding and production cells and the current state of welding in the company was described. Other topics covered in the thesis were selecting products to be welded, a welding robot and an offline programming software. The final part was the summary and analysis.

The result of the thesis was answers to the questions asked in the beginning and a plan for what kind of a welding robot cell the company would need.
