The purpose of this thesis is to suggest ways to increase and develop the brand image of A. Ahlström Real Estate Ltd. The plan involves more effort put on B2B events, adding new service concepts, highlighting social media as a marketing tool and creating a new sales strategy for foreign customers.
The goal is not to create a brand, but rather enhance and develop the already existing one.
By implementing a variety of social media channels into their marketing strategy A. Ahlström Real Estate Ltd would achieve more visibility and improved connectivity among their customers and peers. The suggestions in this thesis include using multiple different social media channels and targeting each specified marketing strategy to a suitable target customer group.
