This thesis is a research-based and it is commssioned by Lapland Hotels Bulevardi, which opened their doors in January in 2019. The author started making this thesis 2021 and finished it in 2022.
The aim ot this thesis is to know about company values and how are they implemented on the work field. Does the company actually informs about the company values and when and how. Company values are important when trying to find the right employees. When the company values meet the employees values it will increase the employee wellbeing which shows also, on the outside for the customers.
The author also, wants to know if the employees and the company think that the company values have any affect on the profit, customer satisfaction guest experience. Companys can use this thesis to know how important company values are and how the employees feel about the company values.
There was also, a recorded interview with the Lapland Hotels bulevardi Hotel Manager in Teams. This thesis has been based on a quantitative research. There was a questionnaire for the Lapland Hotel Bulevardis employees made by Webropol. The data was collected by interviewing the manager and a questionnaire with open and multiple choice questions for the employees. Later the data was collected and analyzed.
Results showed that the Lapland Hotel Bulevardis employees are aware of the values and feel like they implement the values in the work field. The respondentdnts also, feel like the company values connects with their own personal values. Employees also, think that the company values impacts on the customer satisfaction, guest experience and company profit.
