Tervetuloa Siniaaltoon! : Perehdyttämistä Suomen Siniaalto Ry:ssä

Abstract

Tavoitteena tällä toiminnallisella opinnäytetyöllä oli tuottaa perehdytyskansio Suomen Siniaalto Ry:n työyhteisön käyttöön. Tämä opinnäytetyöprojekti toteutettiin kehittämishankkeena. Yhdistyk-sen toimialueena on päihdetyö ja kotihoidon erilaiset palvelut Äänekosken kaupungin alueella. Yh-distyksellä ei ollut aikaisempaa perehdytyskansiota ja kansion kautta pyrittiin tuottamaan oheisma-teriaalia yhdistyksen perehdytysprosessin tueksi. Perehdyttäminen, päihdetyö ja kotihoito ovat työn keskeiset käsitteet. Kaikki kolme teoriaosiota alkavat yleisesti lain käsittelyllä ja jatkavat aiheesta tarvittavalla tietoperustalla. Opinnäytteen empiirisen aineiston keräämiseen käytettiin kyselyloma-ketta sekä ryhmähaastattelua. Näiden määrällisten ja laadullisten tutkimusmetodien avulla pyrittiin keräämään viiden yhdistyksen työntekijän kokemusperäistä tietoa siitä mitä he haluisivat perehdytyskansion sisältävän. Nämä viisi työntekijää toimivat tutkimuksen kohderyhmänä. Kohderyhmän osallistamisella prosessissa toivottiin tuovan heille motivaatiota käyttää kansiota tulevissa perehdy-tysprosesseissa. Kansion tavoitteena oli olla selkeä, tiivis ja hyvin jäsennelty, jotta se olisi helppo ottaa käyttöön tilaajan työpaikalla. Tilaaja hyväksyi valmiin kansion ja arvioi kansion sisältävän kaikki tärkeimmät aiheet.

The objective of this functional thesis was to produce an orientation folder for use by the Suomen Siniaalto Ry working community. This thesis project was carried out as a development project. The association work in the field of substance abuse and the various services of home care in Äänekoski city area. The association had no prior orientation folder and through the folder efforts were made to produce accompanying material to support the association's induction process. Orientation, substance abuse work and home care are the key concepts of the work. All three theory sections commonly begin with the handling of the law and continue on the subject with the necessary knowledge base. A questionnaire as well as a group interview was used to collect empirical material for the thesis. These quantitative and qualitative research methods were aimed at gathering experience-based information from five association employees about what they would like to include in the orientation folder. These five employees served as the target of the study. The inclusion of the target group in the process was done in the hope of giving them motivation to use the folder in future orientation processes. The aim of the folder was to be clear, concise and well-structured to make it easy to deploy in the client's workplace. The client accepted the finished folder and evaluated the folder to contain all the main topics.
