Tietoa ja taitoa jojoiluun : Juniori Hermeksen joukkueenjohtajan opas

Abstract

Tämä opinnäytetyö on toiminnallinen työ, jonka aiheena oli tehdä joukkueenjohtajan opas kokkolalaiselle jääkiekkoseuralle, Juniori Hermes ry:lle. Toiminnallinen opinnäytetyö on kaksiosainen työ. Työn tuloksena on produkti, joka tässä työssä on joukkueenjohtajan opas. Toisena osiona toiminnallisessa opinnäytetyössä on raporttiosio, joka kertoo, miten lopputuotos on syntynyt.

Opinnäytetyön tarkoituksena oli kirjoittaa opas, joka auttaisi uusia joukkueenjohtajia työssään Juniori Hermeksessä. Oppaan suunnitteluvaiheessa selvitettiin kyselyn avulla Juniori Hermeksessä toimivien joukkueenjohtajien toiveita oppaaseen tuotettavasta tiedosta. Juniori Hermeksen hallituksen edustajien toiveena oli selkeä ja ytimekäs opas. Tietoperustaan etsittiin tietoa ensisijaisesti jääkiekkoliiton ja Juniori Hermeksen internetsivuilta.

Joukkueenjohtajan tehtäviin kuuluu ottelutapahtumien järjestäminen, pelimatkojen organisointi, viestintä sekä taloudesta vastaaminen. Oppaan ulkoasun kehittämisessä käytettiin apuna vertailukehittämistä kolmen muun jääkiekkoseuran joukkueenjohtajan oppaan avulla. Oppaan luettavuuden ja selkeyden luomisessa käytettiin myös kirjallisuutta apuna.

Opinnäytetyön lopputuotoksena syntyi Tietoa ja taitoa jojoiluun. Joukkueenjohtajan opas. Oppaan sisältö perustuu tietoperustassa esitettyyn tietoon. Oppaassa esitellään joukkueenjohtajan keskeisimmät tehtävät ja linkit tärkeille joukkueenjohtajan tarvitsemille internetsivuille. Opas voidaan jakaa joko sähköisenä tai tulostettuna. Työ on käytännönläheinen ja toimeksiantajalle hyödyllinen sekä ajankohtainen. Toimeksiantaja oli tyytyväinen sekä oppaan ulkoasuun että sisältöön.

This is a practice-based thesis. The idea of this thesis was to create a guide for the team leaders of Juniori Hermes ry. Juniori Hermes ry is an ice hockey club from Kokkola. This thesis includes two parts. The result of this thesis process is a guide for a team leader. The second part of this thesis is a report, which explains how the guide has been created.

The purpose of this thesis was to write a guide, that would help the new team leaders to manage their job in Juniori Hermes ry. When planning the contents of the guide, a survey was used to find out for what kind of knowledge the team leaders of Juniori Hermes ry wanted to get in the guide. The members of the Juniori Hermes ry board wanted a clear and concise guide. The information used for the guide was found primaly in the websites of the Finnish Ice Hockey Association and Juniori Hermes ry.

The tasks of the team leaders include organizing match events and game trips and taking care of communication and finances. The layout of the guide was developed with the help of benchmarking three other team leader guides of ice hockey clubs. Literature was used to help create readability and clarity to the guide.

The result of this thesis is a guide called Knowledge and skills for the team leader. The team leader´s guide. The content of the guide is based on the information presented in the theory backround. The guide introduces the most important tasks of a team leader and there are also links to the important websites the team leader needs. The guide can be shared electronically or as a printed copy. This work was practical, useful and timely for the commissioner. The commissioner was satisfied with the layout and the contents of the guide.
