Tiivistelmä
Tarkastelen käsilläseisonnan linjausta jaloilla seisonnan hyvän linjauksen ja tunnettujen yksinkertaisten fyysisten liikkeiden anatomian pohjalta. Opinnäytetyön tarkoituksena on havainnollistaa linjauksen merkitystä kehon ergonomian kannalta ja toisaalta käsilläseisonnan erilaisissa tekniikoissa. Erityisen merkityksellinen osa-alue linjauksessa on hartioiden ja selän suhde toisiiinsa eli hartiakulma. Hartiakulman vaikutus on merkittävä voimankäytön kannalta ja erilaisten tekniikoiden mahdollistajana tai poissulkijana. Yleisenä päätelmänä havaitsin suoran hartialinjan paremmaksi monella osa-alueella hartiakulmaiseen käsilläseisontaan nähden. Yksilöiden, joilla hartiaseudun liikkuvuus on heikko, on kuitenkin mahdollista tehdä käsilläseisontaa liikeratojensa puitteissa. Sirkus on ennen kaikkea taidemuoto ja jokaisen on mahdollista löytää oma tyyli ja tekniikat joita suorittaa oman liikkuvuutensa rajoissa. I am inspecting the importance and the effect of the body alignment on the handstand from the basis of known facts as healthy alignment when standing on feet and the anatomy of simple physical exercises similar to handstand. The point is to illustrate the importance of alignment on handstand for body ergonomics and the changes and differences when working on variable handstand techniques.
A particularly important aspect of the alignment is the proportion between the shoulders and the back and it can be called the shoulder angle. The shoulder angle affects to the needed power especially in shoulder muscles and also the differences in shoulder angle either enables or disables the possibilities for different techniques. As a common conclusion I found that straight shoulder line alignment on handstand is superior compared to alignment where the line of the hands and back is at an angle to each other (shoulder angle alignment).
The individuals who has difficulties to get straight shoulder line for handstand due to their mobility may, however, do handstand in high level and find their own best line and even different techniques to conquer the positions they desire on handstand.
