Tiivistelmä
The objective for this thesis is to conceptualize inside target organization, how intangible and immaterial service product objects (Master Data) are handled in ERP system, and to create a process for expanding functional service objects/items/articles in SAP system, so that information flow is supported outbound from SAP to external systems.
The purpose of this thesis work was to define more detailed than before the characters and general requirements for immaterial service item elements in inside product information process landscape, and draft an internal item productization related sub-process, code expansion process, for immaterial services. Code expansion process is a support function process for creating object id (output) for product management in order-delivery, and material publication function processes.
