Tiivistelmä
Tämän opinnäytetyön tarkoitus oli selvittää toimeksiantajalle, kuinka asiakkaat kokevat yrityksen vastuullisuusmarkkinoinnin. Vastuullisuusmarkkinoinnin onnistuneisuutta tarkastellaan teoriaosuudessa käsiteltävien neljän kriteerin avulla. Toimeksiantajana toimii turkulainen vintagevaateliike Best from the past.
The purpose of this thesis was to clarify for the commissioner how the customers experience the company’s responsibility marketing. The success of responsibility marketing was reviewed by using four criteria introduced in the theoretical part. The thesis was commissioned by vintage clothing store Best from the past in Turku. The customer needs regarding responsibility marketing are also examined in the thesis.
The research was conducted as customer interviews and a survey using survey and reporting tool Webropol. Customer interviews were conducted using Teams and Zoom communication tools. The target group was reached through the company´s Instagram account. The survey reached 269 respondents.
The customer interviews and the results of the survey showed that responsibility marketing was experienced mostly successful among the customers. According to the customers, transparency is one of the most important factors when measuring the success. Even though transparency realized well in principle, the customers were hoping for even more open communication about the origin and pricing of the goods.
