Detta examensarbete handlar om fuktsäkert byggande vid småhusbyggen. Examensarbetet är utfört på uppdrag av Bohouse Ab, som är ett byggföretag vars huvudverksamhet består av projektering och byggande skräddarsydda egnahemshus.
Huvudsyftet med arbetet var att göra upp en manual för byggskeden i ett småhusprojekt, som är till för kunder som väljer att utföra byggarbete själva. Ett delsyfte var att standardisera vissa av företagets processer som nu blir utförda på olika sätt.
Teorin i detta arbete behandlar fuktsäkerhet i småhus, samt lagstiftning och ansvarsfrågor angående det.
Metoder som använts i arbetet inkluderar dels informationssökning och litteraturstudier, dels diskussioner med handledaren på företaget.
Resultatet av arbetet är en handbok för byggprocessen för ett småhusbygge. Handboken är inte en färdig produkt, utan kommer utvecklas under tiden när den används och företagets processer utvecklas. This thesis is about damp-proof construction for small houses. The thesis is conducted on behalf of Bohouse Oy, which is a construction company, and their main processes consists of designing and constructing of custom-made small houses.
The main purpose of the thesis was to make a manual over the construction stages in a small house, which is meant for customers who want to do some of the constructing themselves. A secondary purpose was to standardise some of the company’s processes that are being done in several ways.
The theory part in the study is about moisture safety in small houses, as well as laws and responsibilities regarding moisture safety.
The methods that have been used include partly information seeking and literature studies, and partly discussions with my supervisor at the company.
The result of the thesis is a manual of the construction process for a small house. The manual is not a complete product, it will be under constant development when used and when the company’s processes are developing.
