Tiivistelmä
This study examines the effects of employee behaviours on organisational productivity at a company in Vaasa, Finland. In addition, the study investigates the instrument that develops employees' negative attitudes in the company. Quantitative and qualitative approaches were implemented in this study with an illustrative examination form. Fifteen employees were carefully selected from the company by implementing the voluntary sampling technique. The chosen employees with more than six months of working experience in the company were only addressed in this research. Questionnaires, content analysis and interviews were used for information authentication. The information received was analysed using charts and percentages using Microsoft Excel tools in line with the study's objectives. Employees disclosed that they exhibited negative and positive perspectives counting on things they found. Management reactions to the interviews indicated that the employees had expressed negative and positive attitudes. However, to address the negative comportments of employees and improve on the good ones, the study suggests workers' encouragement, implementation of the 360-degree feedback theory, appraisal methods, conducting attitude analysis examinations and an appropriate investigation of comportment during the engaging process of new employees as an effective outcome.
