The study attempts to present the problem and determine its dimensions by answering the following question: The main question: Is there an impact of human resources management with their dimensions on job performance on commercial companies and what are the main factors that improve job performance.
The aim of this study is to examine the impact of human resources management on job performance. The research question is: Is there an impact of human resources management with their dimensions on job performance on commercial companies and what are the main factors that improve job performance. The research data has been collected from three different companies through interviews.
