Autokorjaamon layout-suunnittelu

Abstract

Opinnäytetyön tavoitteena oli suunnitella Rasekon korjaamotiloista mahdollisimman toimiva kokonaisuus poistamalla suunnittelun avulla esille tulleet ongelmat. Korjaamotilana toimii 2 300 m²:n tilat, jotka sisältävät nostureita sekä muita normaalin korjaamon laitteistoja. Työssä listattiin opettajien haastatteluiden pohjalta esille tulleet ongelmakohdat. Suunnittelulla saadaan niihin toimivat ja tehokkaat ratkaisut, jotta opetuskorjaamon toiminta toteutuu mahdollisimman turvallisesti sekä tehokkaasti.

Työn toteutus tapahtui AutoCAD-ohjelmistolla, jolla saatiin tehtyä 2D-luonnoksen korjaamotiloista valmiiseen pohjakuvaan sijoittelemalla nosturit ja muut laitteistot niiden oikeilla tai vastaavilla graafisilla kuvilla.

Suunnitelmia tehtiin neljä eri vaihtoehtoa, joiden perusteella luotiin lopullinen pohjakuva yhdistämällä suunnitelmien hyvät ja huonot puolet. Työn lopputuloksesta muodostui toimiva ehdotus opetuskorjaamokokonaisuudesta, joka poistaa havaitut puutteet ja ongelmat.

Lopputuloksen toteutus jää opinnäytetyön valmistumisen jälkeiselle ajalle, jolloin lopulliseen ratkaisuun voi tulla vielä muutoksia. Pohjakuvan avulla toimeksiantaja pystyy hyödyntämään uutta suunniteltua järjestystä nykyisten ongelmien poistamiseksi.

The aim of the thesis was to design the most functional entity possible in the Raseko workshop facilities by eliminating the problems that arose with the help of the design. The workshop space is 2,300 m², which includes cranes and other equipment of a normal workshop. The problem areas that emerged from the interviews with Raseko teachers using the facilities were listed in the work. The design provides functional and efficient solutions for them, so that the operation of the teaching workshop is as safe and efficient as possible.

The work was conducted with AutoCAD software, to create a 2D sketch of the workshop premises into a finished floor plan by placing the cranes and other equipment with their correct or similar graphic images.

The plans were made in four different options, which created the final floor plan by combining the pros and cons of the plans. The result of the work was a feasible proposal for a teaching workshop complex, which eliminates the identified shortcomings and problems.

The implementation of the result will remain in the period after the completion of the thesis, when there may be further changes to the final solution. The floor plan allows the client to take advantage of the new planned order to eliminate the existing problems.
