This thesis is about creating a social media marketing concept using the POST method. The commissioning company for which this concept is to be created is a freight forwarder based in Bavaria, Germany. The first theoretical part of the paper covers basic, relevant topics. Among other things, the importance of logistics in Germany, social networks in general and the use of data.
In the practical chapter, a concept is developed primarily with the help of an interview with the entrepreneur. The result of this work is a proposal developed on the basis of the POST method on how the company can implement social media marketing in its business. The aim of the work is to give the entrepreneur possibilities to achieve his goals with the help of social media.
The thesis and the research conclude with a possible proposal on how to implement social media marketing in this specific situation as well as the efficiency and difficulties are elaborated that occurred during the research and how they were solved.
