Sähkökeskusten hankintamenettelyn testaus

Abstract

Opinnäytetyössä käsiteltiin sähkökeskuksen hankintamallia, jota muokattiin ja testattiin. Hankintamalli on kehitetty sähkökeskusten kustannusarviota sekä hankintaa varten. Hankintamalli perustuu K. Sirénin ja A. Pennasen luomaan Buy and Design -menetelmään, jossa toteutetaan hankinta-aineistojen laatimisvaihe ilman tarkkoja sähkökeskussuunnitelmia.

Opinnäytetyössä perehdyttiin sähkökeskuksien hankinta-aineiston suunniteluun. Työssä esiteltiin yleisesti käytetty sähkökeskuksien suunnittelutapa sekä uusi suunnittelumenetelmä. Näillä kahdella tavalla tuotettiin hankinta-aineistodokumentit Sähkötekniikka Oy Kari Sirénin kahdesta suunnitteluprojektista.

Työssä tutkittiin uudella menetelmällä tuotettujen dokumenttiaineistojen suunnitteluprosessia sekä tehtiin haastatteluja, joilla pyrittiin selvittämään dokumenttiaineistojen toimivuus sähkökeskusvalmistajien sekä sähköurakoitsijoiden työssä. Kysymyksistä saatujen sekä dokumenttiaineistojen laatimisessa esiin tulleiden havaintojen perusteella käytiin läpi jatkokehitystarpeita.

Lopputuloksena todettiin, että uudella hankintamenettelyllä tehdyt hankinta-aineistodokumentit ovat toimivia, ja niiden käyttö nopeuttaa projektin eri osapuolien työtä hankinta-aineistojen laatimisvaiheessa. Jatkokehityksenä työlle on muokata lähtökirjasto sellaiseksi, että siinä on kaikki yleisesti käytössä olevat sähkökeskuksen tulot ja lähdöt. Tällä tavoin tuotetun lähtökirjaston käytettävyys olisi tehokkaampi.

This thesis focuses on procurement procedure for electrical switchboards. In the thesis, the procurement model developed for cost estimation of electric enclosures was modified and tested. The procurement model is based on the Buy and Design method created by K. Sirén and A. Pennanen which is designed to carry out the preparation phase of procurement materials without precise implementation planning. The work was commissioned by Electrical Technology Ltd. Kari Sirén, an electrical design company from Tampere.

The thesis introduces a commonly used and a new method to plan electrical switchboards in the phase of preparing procurement materials. In these two ways, procurement material documents from two design projects of Electrical Technology Ltd. Kari Sirén were produced.

The work goes through the planning process of the documentary materials which have been produced with the new method. The interviews, which aimed to find out the functionality of the documentary materials in the operations of electrical switchboard manufacturers and electrical contractors, are also studied. The comments obtained from the questions and remarks, which came out in the preparation of the document materials, will be reviewed for further development.

The results showed that the procurement documents made with the new procedure are functional, and their use speeds up the work of the different parties of the project during the preparation of the procurement documents.
