This research has been made to offer an augmented comprehension of attraction factors of Tampere region, from the perspectives of healthcare professionals. The main purpose of this thesis is to potentially contribute redounding the healthcare workers and mitigate the lack of healthcare services in the future. According to the records, Tampere region needs a wide-ranging number of healthcare workers. Whole study documented with subjective approach with clear and scientific data and aims to extend the resurgence of healthcare professionals in the region. A comprehensive theoretical framework part of this study includes discrete well- being factors of the Tampere region, a combination of research in terms of attracting international professionals in the industry, remaining the current ones as well as attracting new students in the healthcare industry has been discussed and analyzed. Current index rates of the well-being and livability factors have been compared and stated. Diverse research about the subject with various surveys and interviews can be found in the Theory and Survey sections.
At the end of the research study, recommendations have been written to reinforce the apprehension of the decision-making process of the international talents as an implementation guide can be found. Utilization possibilities of the results of this research study includes a distribution of this document to gather the data of relocation and attraction factors from perspectives of healthcare workers, in means of providing a guide to create advertisements of Tampere region in attraction activities. A formal analysis has been made after gathering the results of the qualitative and quantitative research findings.
