Tiivistelmä
Opinnäytetyön tavoitteena oli kehittää Lehto Asunnot Oy:n luovutusprosessia. Projektissa luovutetaan eriaikaisesti osa-alueita käyttöön. Työssä tarkastellaan, miten se vaikuttaa työmaahan tai rakennuksen käyttäjiin.
Opinnäytetyön pohjana on käytetty Turun ammattikorkeakoulun portfoliopohjaa, joka on pääasiassa rakennusmestareille tarkoitettu. Ensimmäinen osa opinnäytetyöstä käsittelee alan tutkittuun kirjallisuutta, jonka pohjalta teoria osa on tehty. Toinen osa käsittelee teorian sovittamista käytäntöön ja miten niitä pystyisi vastaavissa hankkeessa käsittelemään. Kolmannessa osassa on kirjoittajan itsereflektointia ja pohdintaa omasta kehityksestä opinnäytetyön aikana.
Opinnäytetyön kirjoittaja kokee, että on saanut paremmat lähtökohdat tulevaisuudessa samanlaisiin hankkeisiin. Kokee myös oppineen, miten eri osa-alueet hankkeissa saadaan johdettua mahdollisimman hyvin tulevaisuudessa.
Lehto Asunnot Oy voi käyttää opinnäytetyön tuloksia sekä kehitettyjä laatutarkastuslomakkeita tulevaisuudessa vastaavien hankkeiden mallina. The goal of the thesis was to develop the handover process for Lehto Asunnot Oy. The thesis discusses when different parts of a construction process are handed over and what the effects are on the construction site.
The thesis is based on the Turku University of Applied Sciences portfolio template, which is mainly intended for construction management students. The first part deals with the topic based on the studied literature. In the second part, theory is applied into practice and how it could be handled in such a project. The third part contains the author's observations and personal development during the thesis work.
The thesis work provided the author with a better starting point for similar projects in the future and expertise to lead different areas in projects as well as possible in the future.
In the future, Lehto Asunnot Oy can use the results of the thesis and the developed quality control forms as a model in similar projects.
