Abstract

This Bachelor’s thesis focuses on the creation of a integration plan. The main objective of this thesis is to create an international distribution channel for Distribuidora de Productos Quimicos Hidalgo located. The company is dedicated to the distribution of laboratory material and equipment. The target country with which this working alliance will be sought is Chile. This integration plan it is only for the Mexican company.
