Tiivistelmä
The thesis aims to create a Digital Marketing Strategy that can increase sales revenue for Airisto Marina. The main objective is to analyze the current situation of the company and what digital marketing tools can be used to create awareness and boost sales. The focus was on the people from land, who are looking to spend their free time in a location that offer multiple products and recreational activities. As a part of the strategy, a wider selection of digital marketing tools was selected and serve as a starting point for development.

Theoretical part covers mainly information about digital marketing in tourism and hospitality as well as digital marketing overall growth over the past years. Mission, vision and aim of Airisto Marina, as well as competitors analysis was provided in the thesis report.

An online survey was distributed and completed by 109 people providing important information regarding the interest over the products and services that the small port offers, the main social media platform that the customer use and how they would like to receive future notifications about news and offers. Moreover, a new website design was developed by explaining its core advantages. The current SEO (search engine optimization) was analyzed and replaced in theory with the best practices that the company can use in the future.

By considering theories and the analyses provided within the thesis, Airisto Marina digital marketing needs further development to keep up with the trend since the overall digital marketing is in continuously transformation. Consistent presence on multiple social media platforms and development of the existing ones, paired with paid advertising, can boost the AM sales, and retain the old ones as loyal customers.
