Tietojärjestelmän käyttöönotto ja integraatiot

Abstract

Opinnäytetyön aiheena on tietojärjestelmän käyttöönotto ja integraatiot. Opinnäytetyön tarkoituksena oli kuvata mitä tulee huomioida ennen kuin järjestelmä tai palvelu voidaan ottaa käyttöön julkisella palvelualalla. Opinnäytetyössä kerrotaan myös, miten kokonaisarkkitehtuurin tarkoitus on valvoa, että integraatiovaatimukset ja tietoturvavaatimukset toteutuvat käyttöönottoprojektissa. Tälle työlle ei ole toimeksiantajaa, vaikka tässä peilataan Espoon kaupungin linjauksiin, Espoon kaupungin luvalla. Opinnäytetyön tietopohja koostuu tiedonhallintalain määritteistä ja kokonaisarkkitehtuurin kuvaamisesta. Opinnäytetyössä kuvataan myös integraatiovaihtoehtoja, eli milloin integraatio toteutetaan integraatioalustan kautta tai suoraan järjestelmästä toiseen järjestelmään. Espoon Integraatioalustaa kuvatessa kerrotaan teoriatasolla konttitekniikasta. Tämä opinnäytetyö on toiminnallinen. Toiminnallisessa osuudessa on kuvattu järjestelmän integraatioiden käyttöönottoprojekti. Projekti toteutetaan projektisuunnitelman mukaisesti ja siinä toteutetaan hankitulle palvelulle suoria integraatioita ja integraatioita integraatioalustan kautta. Tämän opinnäytetyön aikana toteutetussa käyttöönottoprojektissa nousi esille monia haasteita, joilta olisi vältytty, mikäli olisi tehty projektin aloituspalaveri johon osallistujat olisivat olleet, toimittaja, asiakas ja tilaaja. The topic of the thesis is the use of the implementation and integrations of the information system. The purpose of the thesis was to describe what should be considered before a system or service can be introduced in the public service sector. The thesis also explains how the purpose of the overall architecture is to monitor that the integration requirements and information security requirements are fulfilled in the implementation project. There is no order for this thesis, but here we mirror the policies of the city of Espoo, with the permission of the city of Espoo. The knowledge base of the thesis consists of the attributes of the Information Management Act and describing the overall architecture. The thesis also describes integration options when the integration is implemented via an integration platform or directly from one system to another. In the functional part, the implementation project of system integrations is described. The project is implemented in accordance with the project plan and includes direct integrations for the acquired service and integrations through the integration platform. A few challenges arose in the commissioning project, which would have been avoided if there had been a project kick-off meeting with the participants from supplier, customer, and information management. The need for definition was highlighted in many areas. As a lesson, I would like to point that experts should be required to participate more already planning phase.
