Bränditutkimus on toteutettu laadullisena tutkimuksena.
The purpose of this bachelor’s thesis was to find out what type of brand images consumers had of company X and did the brand images change after a series of webinars that the company arranged. The webinars were open for public so anyone could participate.
The theoretical part of the thesis deal with the meaning of the brand, what a well-known brand is like, brand research and brand management. The brand research was done as qualitative research. The data collection method that was used in the research was an electronic survey and the first survey were sent to the participants of the webinars upon registration. After the webinars the participants were sent a second survey. In the first survey, the main point was to find out participants backgrounds and their image of the brand and in the second survey the main point was to find out if the images changed in some way.
The results shows that the respondents brand image was mostly positive, and they did not change after the webinars. The results support the theory that it is difficult to influence on the brand images that has already been made.
