House services management system

Abstract

Since the computer has been widely used nowadays, the management system has been developed to solve tasks efficiently that limits time-consuming in terms of human and financial resources. The use of computers in the management system is a necessary requirement to eliminate outdated methods that are costly in many aspects. House services management system is a common topic to be researched and practiced in life which is controlled under a computer to manage house services. After the global Covid epidemic, the needs of expanding house services such as upgrading infrastructure and constructing new apartments for tourism industry are significantly increased. Thus, the needs of expanding rental housing services such as upgrading house infrastructure and constructing new apartment are to meet the significantly increased number of tenants those who are looking for rental house services temporarily.

Dealing with the big statistics daily for tabout this situation is challenged to the landlord so an effective solution for the demand of service management is extremely important to meet the urgent needs. Therefore, an application is aimed at exploring the design of system to manage the house services based on the problem and the wish of landlord about optimal ways for their management system. This thesis involves the design of web application with the knowledge supports of web development, web design techniques and relevant subjects of software engineering.
