Tiivistelmä
This thesis explores the enhancement of marketing strategies for Antti Isoviita Oy, a Finnish education provider, to expand its business in China. The research focuses on understanding the needs of Chinese students and educators, obtaining their opinions on the company's programs, and identifying areas for improvement in the current marketing strategy. The primary research question is, "How can the export of Finnish education in China be improved?", with sub-questions addressing marketing strategies and customer attraction.
Due to insufficient survey responses, the study utilizes previous years' customer satisfaction data for analysis. Recommendations for the company include conducting market research, establishing partnerships with Chinese educational institutions, leveraging reputation and quality, offering customized programs and services, and developing effective marketing strategies.
In conclusion, a combination of these strategies can help Antti Isoviita Oy attract more schools and companies as customers, expand its customer base in China, and scale up its business in the Chinese market, ultimately improving the export of Finnish education in China.
