Toimintajärjestelmän kehittäminen

Abstract

Opinnäytetyö tehtiin Valkaman Rakennetyö Oy:lle. Yritys ja sen työmaat ovat kasvaneet, joten haluttiin selkeillä lomakepohjilla parantaa seurantaa, raportointia ja suunnittelua työturvallisuuden sekä laadun osalta toimintajärjestelmän kehittämiseksi. Työllä myös edistettiin tulevaisuudessa mahdollisesti haettavia RALA:n sertifiointeja.

Lomakepohjat laadittiin niin, että ne sopisivat juuri kyseisen pk-yrityksen käyttöön ja ovat monikäyttöiset erilaisissa kohteissa. Lisäksi työn tavoitteena oli vähentää työnjohdon työtä ja yhtenäistää dokumentointia sekä antaa työkalut jatkuvaan toiminnan kehittämiseen.

Työn edetessä pidettiin työnjohdon kanssa palavereita, jotka olivat pohjana lomakkeille. Työn pohjana käytettiin myös toimintajärjestelmää. Opinnäytetyötä pohjustetaan työn alussa teoriaosuudessa rakennusalan työturvallisuustilastoilla, laeilla ja asetuksilla.

Työturvallisuuteen liittyen luotiin tapaturmailmoitus- ja läheltä piti -lomake, putoamissuojaussuunnitelmapohja ja työmaanviikkotarkastuslomake. Vesikattokohteiden laadunhallintaan tehtiin laadunvarmistuslomake. Korjauskohteisiin luotiin raportointipohja. Edellä mainitut lomake- ja raportointipohjat ovat opinnäytetyön liitteitä, jotka on poistettu julkisesta opinnäytetyöstä.

Lomake- ja raportointipohjien avulla yritys löytää parannuskeinoja toimintaan ja toiminnan kehittämiseen. Opinnäytetyön lomakkeiden ja raportointipohjien avulla yritys voi yhtenäistää toimintatapoja ja laadun sekä työturvallisuuden seurantaa. Yhtenäisellä seurannalla pystytään vertaamaan työkohteita keskenään.

The form templates were prepared in such a way that they were suitable for the use of the SME in question and are versatile for various purposes. In addition, the aim of the work was to reduce the work of the management and to standardize the documentation, as well as to provide tools for the development of operations in the JAT image.

During the progress of the work, meetings were held with the management, which were the basis for the vacations. The work was also based on the operating system. At the beginning of the work, the thesis is grounded in the theory part with occupational safety statistics, laws and regulations in the construction industry.

In relation to occupational safety, an accident report and near miss form, a fall protection plan template and a site weekly inspection form were created. A quality assurance form was made for the quality management of the roof projects. A reporting template was created for the repair items. The forms and reporting templates mentioned above are thesis attachments that have been removed from the public thesis.

With the help of forms and reporting templates, the company finds ways to improve operations and develop operations. With the help of thesis forms and reporting templates, the company can unify operating methods and quality and occupational safety monitoring. Uniform monitoring makes it possible to compare sites with each other.
