Tiivistelmä
Tämän opinnäytetyön tarkoituksena oli tutkia Olkiluodon ydinvoimalaitoksilla käytettävää automaatiojärjestelmää ja laatia suunnitteluohjeet järjestelmän hardware-laitteiston suunnittelua varten. Työn tilaajana oli Teollisuuden Voima Oyj ja tarve työlle syntyi Olkiluodon laitosyksiköillä automaatiojärjestelmän päivityksen takia.
Tavoitteena oli tutustua automaatiojärjestelmän laitteistoon ja TVO:n suunnitteluprosessiin. Tässä opinnäytetyössä tuli vertailla automaatiojärjestelmän vanhan ja uuden versioiden välisiä eroja ja nämä erot esitellä tässä opinnäytetyössä.
Tietoa tämän opinnäytetyön aiheeseen liittyen hankittiin opiskelemalla järjestelmätoimittajan manuaaleja sekä TVO:n dokumentaatiota ja sisäisiä ohjeistuksia. Järjestelmästä, sen historiasta ja TVO:n suunnitteluprosessista hankittiin lisätietoa haastattelemalla TVO:n työntekijöitä eri organisaatioista ja järjestelmätoimittajan edustajaa.
Kerätyn tiedon perusteella laadittiin hardware suunnitteluohjeet TVO:lle. The purpose of this thesis was to research the automation system used in the Olkiluoto nuclear power plants and compile design planning instructions for the hardware of the automation system. The client for this thesis was Teollisuuden Voima Oyj and the need for this work arose from the automation system update at the Olkiluoto plant units.
The goal was to familiarise oneself with the hardware of the automation system and the design planning process of TVO. In this thesis work, one was to compare the differences between the old and the new versions of the automation system and introduce them in this thesis.
Information related to the subject of this thesis was acquired by studying the manuals of the system supplier as well as the documentation and the internal instructions of TVO. Additional information on the system, its history, and the design planning process of TVO was gathered by interviewing employees from different organisations at TVO and a representative of the system supplier.
Based on the acquired information, hardware design planning instructions were composed for TVO.
