Tiivistelmä
Suomessa on jo useilla hallituskausilla pyritty kehittämään kansalaisten työkykyä ja parempaa työllistymistä. Etenkin osatyökykyiset ovat jääneet vaille kokonaisvaltaista tukea ja tästä syystä viimeisin hallitus on rakentanut uusinta työkykyohjelmaa, mikä parantaisi entisestään työmaailmasta syrjäytyneiden ihmisten tilannetta ja mahdollisuuksia työn tekoon.
Varsinais-Suomen alueella työkykyhanke tunnetaan nimellä ”Kaveria ei jätetä”, jonka toimeksiantoa nyt toteutamme opinnäytetyönä. Kehittämistyön taustalla oli tarve toteuttaa työkyvyn tuen käsikirja osatyökykyisille henkilöille ja alan ammattilaisille.
Osuutemme käsikirjasta painottuu palveluiden, verkostojen ja asiakasohjauksen kehittämiselle sekä osatyökykyisten henkilöiden palveluiden saatavuuden tutkimiseen. Käsikirjassa tuodaan esiin oma osuutemme useiden eri palvelujen laajuudessa. Opinnäytetyössämme olemme etsineet ja toteuttaneet useiden osatyökykyisten henkilöiden palvelupolkuja tuodaksemme esiin uudistetun palvelun tärkeyden ja tarkastellen niitä myös kriittisesti ja laadullisesti.
Osana kehittämistyön tulosta, tarkoituksenamme on etsiä ja löytää erilaisia palvelupolkuja osatyökykyisille henkilöille. Opinnäytetyön tietoperusta on koottu ajankohtaisista lähteistä. Olemme keränneet tietoa työllisyyspalveluiden, Sosiaali- ja terveydenhuollon sekä useista eri luotetun tahon sivustoilta. Osatyökykyisten henkilöiden palvelupolkujen ja niiden hyötyjen kuvauksessa olemme käyttäneet helmikuussa 2023 valmistunutta työkykyohjelman arviointi- ja seurantatutkimuksen loppuraportointia. In Finland efforts have already been made during several government terms to develop citizens ability to work and improved employment. Especially people with partial work ability have been left without comprehensive support and for this reason the latest government has built the latest work ability program which would further improve the situation and opportunities for people excluded from the working world.
In the region of Southwest-Finland the work ability project is known as ’Kaveria ei jätetä’, whose assignment we are now implementing as a thesis. The background of the development work was the need to implement a work ability support manual for people with partial work ability and professionals in the field.
Our part of the manual is focused on the development of services, networks and customer guidance, as well as researching the availability of services for people with partial work ability. The manual highlights our own contribution to the scope of several different services. In our thesis we have searched for and implemented the service paths of several people with partial work ability in order to bring out the importance of the renewed service and also examined them critically and qualitatively.
As part of the result of the development work our purpose is to search and find different service paths for people with partial work ability. The database of the thesis has been compiled from current sources. We have collected information from employment services, Social- and healthcare and from several different websites of trusted sources. We have used the final report of the evaluation and follow-up study of the work ability program, which was completed in February 2023 in the description of the service paths for people with partial work ability and their benefits.
