This study aimed to inform people about the potential benefits of chicory coffee as a substi-tute for regular coffee, and to explore attitudes towards caffeine intake in a sample of local Finnish people. To achieve this, a survey was conducted among Finnish participants, using a questionnaire.
The findings showed that many of the respondents were not aware of the negative effects of regular coffee consumption and were interested in switching to chicory coffee. These results have important implications for the Finnish society and the coffee industry and provide a val-uable resource for potential coffee lovers in Finland.
Overall, this study sheds light on advancing the knowledge and solving a long-term health problem by changing coffee consumption-related habits and provides insights that can con-tribute to future research in the field.
