Detta är ett examensarbete för byggmästare (YH) -examen. Examensarbetet är till sin omfattning 10 studiepoäng.
Examensarbetet behandlar processen för renovering av typiska tak- och balkongkonstruktioner på småhöghus från 1980-talet. Examensarbetet använder sig av ett renoveringsprojekt på Sköldargårdsvägen 1–5 i Sköldargård Raseborg. Projektet bestod av tre småhöghus med totalt sex tak som balkong- och takkonstruktionerna skulle renoveras på, och projektet utfördes från 2022 till 2023.
Syftet med detta examensarbete var att bekanta sig med åtgärdskraven och processen i helhet över hur arbetet har utförts på Sköldargårdsprojektet och sedan förkorta och förenkla processen över det utförda arbetet.
Examensarbetet behandlar hur de olika byggnadsskeden, byggnadsbestämmelser och krav behandlades, samt vilka säkerhetsåtgärder som behövdes och användes på projektet.
Detta examensarbete kan användas som en guide för utförande av projekt inom samma kategori i framtiden.
Texten i detta examensarbete baserar sig på bestämmelser från RT-kartoteket, tillförlitliga nätkällor, Sköldargårdprojektets byggnads-beskrivningar och kontrakt samt intervjuer från Sköldargårdsprojektets beställare och övervakare.
This is the Degree Thesis of the Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management. The extent of the Degree Thesis is in total 10 ECTS. The thesis discussed the process of renovating typical roof and balcony structures on small highrise buildings from the 1980s. The thesis used a renovating project at Sköldargårdsvägen 1-5 in Sköldargård Raasepori. The project consisted of three small high-rise buildings with a total of six roofs on which the balcony and roof structures were to be renovated. The project was carried out from 2022 to 2023.
The purpose of this thesis was to become familiar with the action requirements and the overall process of how the work had been carried out on the project in Sköldargård. And then shorten and simplify the process of the carried-out work.
The thesis dealt with how the various building stages, building regulations and requirements were treated, as well as which safety measures were needed and used for the project in Sköldargård.
This thesis can be used as a guide for carrying out projects in the same category in the future.
The text in this thesis is based on regulations from the RT-index, reliable online sources, the Sköldargård project's building descriptions and contracts, as well as interviews from the Sköldargårds project's client and supervisor.
