The author has conducted this research to explore and gain insights about the social corporate responsibility and social enterprises as requested by the commissioning company Parakram, PARAKAM is planning to start up a social enterprise India that aims to incorporate social corporate responsibility, into their brand positioning, where it wants to create a safe and ethical workplace for women affected by acid attacks, while also maintaining a sustainable and ethical supply chain. The author investigated social enterprise and corporate social responsibility to gain insights and help the business come up with efficient practices and methods that can help the business succeed and deliver a corporate social responsibility project through brand positioning. The research was done utilizing a qualitative methodology with semi structured interviews which helped the author gain valuable insights and experience of social entrepreneurs and social enterprises. Utilizing data in previous research recommendations for companies to develop a successful social enterprise business model and corporate social responsibility projects.
