This research examined the correlation between the realization of corporate values and the organization's mission in real-life situations and management decision-making. The study aimed to explore the practical implications of integrating company values into day-to-day operations and long-term strategic planning.
Through qualitative research, including in-depth interviews with top management of Aito Talotekniikka Oy, the study uncovered meaningful real-life applications of company values. The research addressed the reflection of values in strategic planning and provided concrete examples of how values influenced decision-making processes.
The findings revealed that authentic corporate values guided decision-making and helped organizations maintain a long-term strategy. The integration of values into operations strategies ensured consistency between organizational objectives and actions.
In conclusion, this research contributes to the understanding of how authentic corporate values can guide decision-making processes and help organizations maintain a long-term strategy.
