Utredning om etablering av armeringsverkstad

Abstract

Detta examensarbete är en utredning om huruvida en delvis automatiserad armeringsverkstad skulle vara möjlig att etablera samt utveckla. I verkstaden ska förhandstillverkade och inläggningsfärdiga armeringsprodukter produceras för att sedan transporteras till byggarbetsplatser, där de monteras.

Syftet med utredningen var att utreda marknad samt möjligheter och behov vid etablering av en armeringsverkstad. Maskin- och personalbehov samt kostnadsberäkning och ekonomiska kalkyler utreddes också. Etableringen skulle göras i en befintlig industrihall.

Utförandet av examensarbetet gjordes med hjälp av informationssökning, planering och egna iakttagelser.

Resultatet består av förslag på vilken typ av maskiner som kan användas för ändamålet, placering av dem i verkstaden samt vidare utveckling av maskinparken. Resultatet innefattar också en kostnadsberäkning och ekonomiska kalkyler som kan användas som verktyg när verksamheten är i gång.

This thesis is an investigation of whether a partially automated steel reinforcement workshop would be possible to establish and develop. In the workshop, prefabricated and ready-to-lay steel reinforcement products are produced and then transported to construction sites, where they are assembled.

The purpose of the study was to investigate the market and the opportunities and needs for establishing a reinforcement workshop. Machinery and personnel requirements as well as cost calculations and financial calculations were also investigated. The establishment would be made in an existing industrial hall.

The thesis was carried out with the help of information searches, planning and personal observations.

The result consists of proposals for the type of machines that can be used for the purpose, their placement in the workshop and further development of the machine park. The results also include a cost estimate and financial calculations that can be used as a tool when the business is up and running.
